BEKLO 10 mg Tablet contains Baclofen 10 mg. It is a skeletal muscle relaxant used to reduce muscle stiffness, spasm, and abnormal muscle tone.
Uses:
- Treatment of muscle spasticity associated with multiple sclerosis.
- Relief of muscle stiffness, rigidity, and spasms.
- Treatment of muscle spasms caused by spinal cord injury or spinal cord diseases.
- Management of skeletal muscle spasm related to certain neurological disorders.
Dose:
- Take exactly as prescribed by a physician.
- Usual adult starting dose: 5 mg three times daily, which may be gradually increased according to response.
- Take preferably with or after food.
- Dose adjustment depends on the patient's condition and tolerance.
