Description:
CAVAZIDE 75mg/12.5mg Tablet contains Irbesartan 75 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. It is a combination antihypertensive medicine containing an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) and a thiazide diuretic, used to treat high blood pressure.
Uses:
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Helps lower blood pressure when a single medicine is not sufficient
Reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke
Helps reduce excess fluid retention
Dose:
Usually 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a doctor.
Can be taken with or without food.
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Monitor blood pressure and electrolyte levels regularly as advised by a doctor.
