Description:
LIZOLIX 600MG TABLET contains Linezolid 600 mg. It is an oxazolidinone antibiotic used to treat serious bacterial infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive bacteria.
Uses:
Treats pneumonia caused by susceptible bacteria.
Treats skin and soft tissue infections.
Treats infections caused by resistant bacteria such as MRSA.
Used for other serious bacterial infections as prescribed.
Dose:
Take as directed by a registered physician.
The usual adult dose is 600 mg twice daily depending on the type and severity of infection.
Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food.
The dose and duration of treatment should be determined by your physician.
