Uses:

Treatment of nosocomial (hospital-acquired) pneumonia
Treatment of community-acquired pneumonia
Treatment of complicated skin and soft tissue infections
Treatment of infections caused by Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium (VRE)

Dose:

Adults: Usually 600 mg every 12 hours, or as directed by a physician
