Empatab M ER 5mg+1000mg Tablet contains Empagliflozin 5 mg + Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg. It is an extended-release combination antidiabetic medicine used to help control blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Uses:

Helps control high blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes.
Helps improve blood sugar control along with diet and exercise.
