ZELTAS 137mg+50mcg Nasal spray contains Azelastine Hydrochloride 137 mcg + Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg per spray. It is a combination antihistamine and corticosteroid nasal spray used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its associated nasal symptoms.

Uses:

Treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis.
Relief of nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose.
Reduction of nasal itching and other allergy symptoms.
Management of allergic rhinitis requiring both an antihistamine and a corticosteroid.

Dose:

Use 1 spray into each nostril twice daily, or as prescribed by a physician.
Shake the bottle gently and prime the spray before first use or if it has not been used for an extended period.
Blow your nose gently before use and avoid spraying into the eyes.
The duration of treatment should be determined by the treating physician based on the patient's condition.
