Description:
GTN 400 MCG/200 SPRAY contains Glyceryl Trinitrate (Nitroglycerin) 400 mcg per spray. It is a nitrate vasodilator medicine used for the rapid relief and prevention of angina (chest pain) by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow to the heart.
Uses:
Provides quick relief from angina attacks (chest pain).
Helps improve blood supply to the heart muscle.
Reduces the workload on the heart.
Helps prevent angina symptoms before activities that may trigger chest pain.
Dose:
Use as directed by a registered physician.
Usually 1 spray under the tongue at the onset of chest pain or before activities that may trigger angina, as prescribed.
Do not inhale the spray; allow it to absorb under the tongue.
