Betameson-CL Cream is a dual-action topical preparation containing a potent corticosteroid, Betamethasone Dipropionate ( $0.05\%\text{ w/w}$ ), combined with a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, Clotrimazole ( $1\%\text{ w/w}$ ). This combination simultaneously eliminates fungal pathogens and suppresses associated inflammation, redness, swelling, and itching.

Uses

Treatment of moderate-to-severe inflammatory fungal skin infections
Management of Tinea pedis (athlete's foot)
Management of Tinea cruris (jock itch)
Management of Tinea corporis (ringworm)

Typical Dose

Adults and Children (12 years and older): Gently apply a thin layer to cover the affected and surrounding skin areas twice daily (in the morning and evening).
Duration: Typically used for 2 weeks for jock itch and ringworm, and up to 4 weeks for athlete's foot. Do not use continuously for longer than 4 weeks.
Children under 12 years: Safety and effectiveness have not been established; use is generally not recommended unless explicitly directed by a physician.
Use strictly as prescribed by a physician.
