TELMA PLUS 40mg+12.5mg TABLET contains Telmisartan 40 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. It is a combination antihypertensive medicine (angiotensin II receptor blocker + thiazide diuretic) used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
Helps lower blood pressure when Telmisartan or Hydrochlorothiazide alone is not sufficient
Helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications such as heart attack and stroke by controlling blood pressure
Helps remove excess salt and water from the body to improve blood pressure control

Dose:

Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the physician
Can be taken with or without food
Take the tablet at the same time each day for better blood pressure control
