BEKLO 5 mg/5 ml Oral Solution 100 ml contains Baclofen 5 mg/5 ml. It is a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant used to reduce muscle stiffness, spasm, and abnormal muscle tone.

Uses:

Treatment of muscle spasticity caused by multiple sclerosis.
Relief of flexor spasms, muscle rigidity, and associated pain.
Treatment of skeletal muscle spasms due to spinal cord injury or spinal cord diseases.
Management of muscle spasticity related to stroke and other neurological disorders.

Dose:

Take exactly as prescribed by a physician.
Usual adult starting dose: 5 mg three times daily, which may be gradually increased according to response.
