NATOPH 5% EYE DROP contains Natamycin 5%. It is an antifungal eye drop used to treat fungal infections of the eye.
Uses:
- Treatment of fungal keratitis (fungal infection of the cornea)
- Treatment of fungal eye infections caused by susceptible fungi
- Helps reduce fungal growth and infection in the eye
- Management of ocular fungal infections as prescribed
Dose:
- Adults: Usually 1 drop into the affected eye(s) every 1–2 hours initially, then reduced as improvement occurs or as directed by a physician.
- Shake well before use.
- Use the medicine exactly as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
- Dose and duration depend on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
