URINOM 0.4 mg Tablet contains Tamsulosin Hydrochloride 0.4 mg. It is an alpha₁-adrenergic blocker used to improve urine flow and relieve urinary symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Uses:

Treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
Relief of difficulty in urination
Improves weak urine stream and incomplete bladder emptying
Reduces urinary frequency, urgency, and nocturia associated with BPH

Dose:

Adults: Usually 0.4 mg once daily or as directed by a physician.
Take the medicine about 30 minutes after the same meal each day.
Swallow the tablet/capsule whole; do not crush, chew, or open it.
Dose and duration depend on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
Do not stop taking the medicine without medical advice.
