RENAFOR-B 200mcg+6mcg Renacap contains Budesonide 200 mcg + Formoterol Fumarate 6 mcg. It is a combination inhalation medicine containing an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) and a long-acting beta-2 agonist (LABA). It works by reducing inflammation in the airways and relaxing airway muscles, helping improve breathing.
Uses:
Maintenance treatment of asthma.
Long-term management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Helps relieve symptoms such as:
Wheezing
Shortness of breath
Chest tightness
Chronic cough
Helps prevent asthma and COPD symptom flare-ups.
Dose:
Adults and children (as appropriate): Usually 1 inhalation once or twice daily or as directed by a physician.
Use with the recommended Renacap inhaler device.
Inhale the medicine properly according to the device instructions.
Rinse the mouth with water after each use to reduce the risk of oral thrush (fungal infection).
This medicine is for regular control and prevention of symptoms and is not a rescue inhaler for sudden breathing attacks.
