TELMA 20mg Tablet contains Telmisartan 20 mg. It is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) antihypertensive medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure and reduction of cardiovascular risk.

Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
Reduction of cardiovascular complications such as heart attack and stroke in high-risk patients
Cardiovascular risk reduction in patients with a history of coronary heart disease, stroke, or peripheral arterial disease
May help protect kidney function in some patients with diabetes and hypertension

Dose:

Usually 20 mg once daily, or as prescribed by the physician
Can be taken with or without food
Take the tablet at the same time each day for better control of blood pressure
Dose may be adjusted according to blood pressure response and physician's advice
