QCIN 300mg Capsule contains Clindamycin 300 mg. It is a lincosamide antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis and stopping the growth of susceptible bacteria.

Uses:

Treatment of skin and soft tissue infections.
Treatment of bone and joint infections (osteomyelitis).
Treatment of dental infections and abscesses.
Treatment of respiratory tract infections caused by susceptible bacteria.
Treatment of certain pelvic and abdominal infections.
Used for infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria.

Dose:

Adults: Usually 150–450 mg every 6–8 hours depending on the severity and type of infection, or as directed by a physician.
Take the capsule with a full glass of water.
Do not lie down immediately after taking the capsule to reduce the risk of throat irritation.
Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve.
Dose adjustment and duration depend on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
Do not stop or change the dose without medical advice.
