ARLIN 2mg/ml IV Infusion 300ml contains Linezolid 2 mg/ml. It is an oxazolidinone antibiotic used to treat serious bacterial infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive bacteria.

Uses:

Treatment of pneumonia caused by susceptible bacteria.
Treatment of complicated and uncomplicated skin and soft tissue infections.
Treatment of infections caused by resistant bacteria such as MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus).
Treatment of other serious bacterial infections as prescribed.

Dose:

Adults: Usually 600 mg (300 ml infusion) every 12 hours, or as directed by a physician.
Children: Dose is based on body weight and age, as directed by a physician.
Administered by intravenous infusion under medical supervision.
Dose and duration depend on the patient's condition, severity of infection, and response to treatment.
Complete the full course of treatment as prescribed.
