ROSTIL SR 200mg CAPSULE contains Mebeverine Hydrochloride 200 mg. It is a musculotropic antispasmodic medicine used for the treatment of gastrointestinal spasms, abdominal pain, and symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Uses:

Treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Relief of abdominal cramps and intestinal spasms
Treatment of spastic constipation
Management of colicky abdominal pain and mucous colitis
Relief of persistent non-specific diarrhea associated with intestinal spasm

Dose:

Usually 200 mg (1 capsule) twice daily, or as prescribed by the physician
Take the capsule preferably 20 minutes before meals
Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew
Dose and duration should be adjusted according to the patient's condition and physician's advice
