TELCARDIS PLUS 40mg Tablet contains Telmisartan 40 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. It is a combination antihypertensive medicine containing an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) and a thiazide diuretic, used to control high blood pressure.

Uses:

Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Helps reduce excess fluid in the body
Lowers the risk of heart and blood vessel complications
Used when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with a single medicine

Dose:

Usually 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a doctor.
Can be taken with or without food.
Take at the same time each day.
Monitor blood pressure and electrolyte levels as advised.
