TELCARDIS PLUS 80mg Tablet contains Telmisartan 80 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. It is a combination antihypertensive medicine containing an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) and a diuretic, used to control high blood pressure.

Uses:

Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Helps reduce fluid retention
Reduces the risk of heart and blood vessel complications
Helps control blood pressure when a single medicine is not sufficient

Dose:

Usually 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a doctor.
Can be taken with or without food.
Take preferably at the same time each day.
Monitor blood pressure and electrolyte levels as advised.
Do not stop taking it suddenly without medical advice.
