PCAB 20mg Tablet contains Vonoprazan 20 mg. It is a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that reduces stomach acid production by blocking the gastric proton pump. It provides rapid and sustained acid suppression for the treatment of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.

Uses:

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Healing and maintenance of erosive esophagitis.
Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers.
Prevention of NSAID-associated gastric ulcers in appropriate patients.
Used in combination with antibiotics for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication therapy.

Dose:

Adults: Usually 20 mg once daily or as directed by a physician.
Can be taken with or without food.
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Dose and duration depend on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
