Uses:

Treatment of chronic stable angina (chest pain due to reduced blood flow to the heart).
Management of chronic heart failure with reduced heart rate control.
Helps reduce heart rate and decrease the workload on the heart.
Used in patients who cannot tolerate or need additional therapy with beta-blockers.

Dose:
