TERBEX 250 mg Tablet contains Terbinafine Hydrochloride 250 mg. It is an allylamine antifungal medicine used for the treatment of fungal infections, especially fungal infections affecting nails and skin.

Uses:

Treatment of fungal nail infection (onychomycosis / tinea unguium)
Treatment of dermatophyte fungal infections
Treatment of certain skin fungal infections as prescribed by the physician
Helps stop fungal growth by interfering with fungal cell membrane formation

Dose:

Usually 250 mg once daily, or as prescribed by the physician
For fingernail fungal infection, treatment is commonly around 6 weeks
For toenail fungal infection, treatment is commonly around 12 weeks
Dose and duration should be adjusted according to infection type, liver function, and physician's advice
