Post-Stroke Rehabilitation: Indicated to reduce neurological damage, preserve brain tissue, and accelerate cognitive and physical recovery following an ischemic cerebral stroke.
Age-Related Neurological Disorders: Used to manage minor cognitive and neurological deficits associated with aging and chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency (poor blood flow to the brain).
Vascular Inner Ear Disorders: Prescribed to treat circulatory issues in the inner ear that manifest as sudden hearing loss, vertigo (dizziness/spinning sensations), or tinnitus (buzzing or ringing sounds in the ear).
Circulatory Visual Disorders: Used to support the management of certain chorioretinal and visual disturbances caused by poor blood circulation in the eyes.
Standard Adult Dose: 1 tablet taken once or twice daily.
Dosing Separation: If prescribed twice a day, the two tablets must be taken separately, spaced several hours apart.
Maximum Daily Limit: Do not exceed a total of 2 tablets (60mg Almitrine / 20mg Raubasine) per day.
Take the tablet exactly as directed by your physician. Swallow it whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet.
If taking two doses a day, space them evenly (e.g., one in the morning and one in the late afternoon/evening) to maintain consistent blood levels.
Contraindicated Combinations: Never take Albasine concurrently with MAOIs (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors, a class of antidepressants), as this combination can be dangerous.

Long-term Warning: Very prolonged use can occasionally result in peripheral neuropathy (numbness, tingling, or a "pins and needles" sensation in the lower limbs).
