CEFOTIL PLUS (125 mg+31.25 mg)/5 ml Powder for Suspension contains Cefuroxime Axetil 125 mg and Clavulanic Acid 31.25 mg per 5 ml when reconstituted. It is a combination pediatric antibiotic where Cefuroxime treats bacterial infections and Clavulanic Acid prevents bacterial resistance to the antibiotic.

Uses:

Treats respiratory, ear, nose, and throat infections (such as otitis media, tonsillitis, and sinusitis) caused by resistant bacteria.
Treats complicated urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue infections in pediatric patients.

Dose:

Children: Dose is based on body weight, usually taken twice daily after meals, as directed by a physician.
Reconstitute with cooled boiled water before use; shake well before each dose and complete the prescribed course.
