Description:
NEXPRO MUPS 40mg Tablet contains Esomeprazole 40 mg. It is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to reduce stomach acid production and treat acid-related disorders.
Uses:
- Treats acidity and heartburn
- Treats gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Helps heal gastric and duodenal ulcers
- Used for prevention of NSAID-related stomach ulcers
- Used in combination therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection
Dose:
- Usually 40 mg once daily or as prescribed by your doctor
- Take 30–60 minutes before food, preferably before breakfast
- Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew
- Duration depends on the condition and your doctor's advice
