Uses:

Treatment of respiratory tract infections
Treatment of urinary tract infections
Treatment of ear, nose, and throat infections
Treatment of skin and soft tissue infections
Treatment of other bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms

Dose:

Adults: Usually 200–400 mg daily in single or divided doses, or as directed by a physician
