TRILOCK OFT 5 mg Tablet contains Montelukast 5 mg. It is a leukotriene receptor antagonist used to help prevent and control asthma symptoms and relieve allergic rhinitis by reducing inflammation and narrowing of the airways.

Uses:

Prevention and long-term management of asthma
Relief of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis
Prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction
Relief of allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion

Dose:

Children (6–14 years): Usually 5 mg once daily in the evening or as directed by a physician.
