BENOSTAR 0.15% MOUTH-WASH 250ML

Benostar Mouthwash contains Benzydamine Hydrochloride (0.15% w/v), a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that acts locally to relieve pain and reduce inflammation in the mouth and throat.

Uses

Relief of pain and inflammation in painful mouth conditions (such as aphthous ulcers or mouth sores)
Relief of sore throat and discomfort caused by tonsillitis or pharyngitis
Reduction of inflammation after dental surgery or tooth extraction
Management of oral mucositis caused by radiation therapy

Typical Dose

Adults: Rinse or gargle with 15 ml (approximately 1 tablespoon) every 1.5 to 3 hours as needed for pain relief. Spit out after use; do not swallow.
Children: Not recommended for children under 12 years of age unless advised by a physician.
Use as prescribed by a physician.
