MAVE SR 200 mg Capsule contains Mebeverine Hydrochloride 200 mg (Sustained Release). It is an antispasmodic medicine used for the relief of intestinal cramps, abdominal pain, and symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Uses:

Symptomatic treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Relief of intestinal spasms and abdominal cramps.
Treatment of spastic constipation and spastic colon.
Relief of symptoms associated with mucous colitis and colicky abdominal pain.

Dose:

Take the dose exactly as prescribed by a physician.
Adults and children over 10 years: Usually 1 capsule twice daily.
Preferably take the capsule 20 minutes before meals.
Swallow the sustained-release capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew.
