Description:
TOBICIN 300mg/5ml Nebuliser Solution contains Tobramycin 300 mg/5 mL. It is an aminoglycoside antibiotic inhalation solution used to treat chronic lung infections caused by certain bacteria, especially in patients with cystic fibrosis.

Uses:

Pseudomonas aeruginosa lung infection
Cystic fibrosis–related respiratory infections
Helps reduce bacterial load in the lungs
Improves respiratory symptoms caused by susceptible bacteria

Dose:

Usually 300 mg (one ampoule) by nebulization twice daily (12 hours apart) or as directed by a doctor.
Often used in treatment cycles (e.g., 28 days on and 28 days off) depending on the doctor's advice.
Use only with a suitable nebulizer device.
Do not swallow the solution.
Regular monitoring of lung function, hearing, and kidney function may be needed during treatment.
