Bilista Oral Solution contains Bilastine (12.5 mg per 5 ml), a non-sedating second-generation antihistamine. It works by selectively blocking peripheral H1 receptors, stopping histamine from triggering allergic reactions.

Typical Dose

Children (2 to 11 years, weighing at least 10 kg): The standard dose is 10 mg of Bilastine (4 ml of the oral solution) taken once daily.
Administration: Must be taken on an empty stomach. Administer 1 hour before or 2 hours after food or fruit juice, as food significantly decreases the medication's absorption.
