METRYL 400 mg Tablet contains Metronidazole 400 mg. It is an antibiotic and antiprotozoal medicine (nitroimidazole group) used for the treatment of infections caused by anaerobic bacteria and certain parasites.

Uses:

Treatment of anaerobic bacterial infections.
Treatment of amoebiasis (intestinal and extra-intestinal).
Treatment of giardiasis.
Treatment of trichomoniasis.
Treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
Treatment of dental infections caused by anaerobic bacteria.
