MEGRON ER 50 mg Tablet contains Mirabegron 50 mg (Extended Release). It is a beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist (urinary bladder relaxant medicine) used for the treatment of overactive bladder symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and urge urinary incontinence.

Uses:

Treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) syndrome.
Relief of urinary urgency (sudden strong need to urinate).
Reduction of increased frequency of urination.
Treatment of urge urinary incontinence (involuntary leakage of urine).

Dose:

Take the dose exactly as prescribed by a physician.
Usually taken 50 mg once daily, with or without food.
Swallow the extended-release tablet whole with water; do not crush, chew, or break it.
Dose adjustment may be required based on kidney function, liver function, blood pressure, and physician's advice.
