BISLOL 7.5 mg Tablet contains Bisoprolol Fumarate 7.5 mg. It is a selective beta-1 blocker (cardioselective beta-blocker) used to reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure, and decrease the workload on the heart.
Uses:
- Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension).
- Management of angina pectoris (heart-related chest pain).
