Description:
SORICAP 10mg Capsule contains Acitretin 10 mg. It is an oral retinoid used to treat severe psoriasis and other disorders of skin keratinization.
Uses:
- Severe plaque psoriasis
- Pustular psoriasis
- Disorders of keratinization
- Reduces scaling, redness, and thickening of the skin
Dose:
- Usually 10–25 mg once daily or as directed by a doctor.
- Take with food or after a meal for better absorption.
- Swallow the capsule whole with water.
- Dose should be adjusted based on clinical response and tolerance. Avoid pregnancy during treatment and for 3 years after stopping acitretin, as it can cause severe birth defects.
