MONTEX 4 mg contains Montelukast Sodium 4 mg. It is a leukotriene receptor antagonist used to prevent and manage asthma and relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children.
Uses:
- Prevention and long-term management of asthma in children

- Treatment of allergic rhinitis symptoms
- Relief of sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion caused by allergies
Dose:
- Children 2–5 years: Usually 4 mg once daily in the evening or as directed by a physician.
- Take the medicine exactly as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
- Dose and duration depend on the child's condition and response to treatment.
- Can be taken with or without food.
