Description:
UMACTIN 100mg Capsule contains Nitrofurantoin 100 mg. It is an antibiotic (nitrofuran class) used mainly for the treatment of urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Uses:
- Urinary tract infection (UTI)
- Cystitis (bladder infection)
- Treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms in the urinary tract
Dose:
- Usually 100 mg twice daily or as directed by a doctor.
- Take with food or milk to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset.
- Swallow the capsule whole with water.
- Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.
