LEVOX 0.5% eye drop 5ml contains Levofloxacin 0.5%. It is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic eye drop used for the treatment of bacterial eye infections, including bacterial conjunctivitis.

Uses:

Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis (eye infection).
Treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms.
Management of other superficial bacterial eye infections as prescribed by a physician.
Prevention and treatment of certain bacterial eye infections after eye procedures.

Dose:

Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 2 hours while awake during the first 2 days, or as prescribed by a physician.
From day 3 to day 7, usually instill 1–2 drops every 4 hours while awake, depending on the condition.
Wash hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination.
Complete the full course of treatment as prescribed, even if symptoms improve earlier.
