ENTRESTO-50 (24mg+26mg) Tablet contains Sacubitril 24 mg and Valsartan 26 mg. It is a combination medicine called an angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI) used to improve heart function and reduce the risk of complications in patients with certain types of heart failure.

Uses:

Treatment of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF).
Helps improve heart function and reduce strain on the heart.
Helps reduce the risk of hospitalization due to heart failure.
May reduce the risk of cardiovascular death in suitable heart failure patients.

Dose:

Adults: Usually started with one tablet twice daily or as directed by a physician.
Dose may be adjusted depending on blood pressure, kidney function, potassium level, and response to treatment.
Take the medicine exactly as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
The tablet may be taken with or without food.
Do not take with an ACE inhibitor or within the required gap after stopping an ACE inhibitor unless advised by a physician.
Regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and potassium levels may be required.
