XOLAMID OSD 1 % EYE DROP contains Brinzolamide 1%. It is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor (antiglaucoma medicine) used for reducing elevated intraocular pressure in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma.

Uses:

Treatment of elevated intraocular pressure (ocular hypertension).
Management of open-angle glaucoma.
Helps reduce the risk of optic nerve damage caused by high eye pressure.
May be used alone or in combination with other antiglaucoma eye medications.

Dose:

Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) three times daily, or as prescribed by a physician.
Shake the bottle well before each use.
If using more than one eye medication, allow at least 10 minutes between applications.
The dose and duration of treatment should be determined by the treating physician based on the patient's condition.
