FOSFOGEN 3GM SACHET contains Fosfomycin Trometamol 3 g. It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs) caused by susceptible bacteria.

Uses:

Treats uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Helps eliminate bacteria causing bladder infections (acute cystitis).
Relieves symptoms such as painful and frequent urination.
Helps prevent the spread of susceptible urinary tract bacteria.

Dose:

Take as directed by a registered physician.
The usual adult dose is 1 sachet (3 g) as a single dose for uncomplicated UTIs, or as prescribed.
Dissolve the entire contents of the sachet in water and drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
