LEVOX 500 mg Tablet contains Levofloxacin 500 mg. It is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used for the treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms.

Uses:

Treatment of respiratory tract infections, including pneumonia and sinusitis.
Treatment of urinary tract infections (UTI).
Treatment of skin and soft tissue infections.
Treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Dose:

Take the dose exactly as prescribed by a physician.
Usually taken once daily, depending on the type and severity of the infection.
Take the tablet with or without food, preferably at the same time each day, and swallow with water.
Complete the full course of treatment as prescribed, and dose adjustment may be required in patients with kidney problems.
