MEROPEN 1gm IV Injection or Infusion contains Meropenem 1 g. It is a carbapenem antibiotic used to treat serious bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial cell wall formation, which stops bacterial growth.

Uses:

Treatment of severe bacterial infections.
Treatment of lower respiratory tract infections, including severe pneumonia.
Treatment of complicated urinary tract infections (UTIs).
Treatment of intra-abdominal infections.
Treatment of skin and soft tissue infections.
Treatment of meningitis caused by susceptible bacteria.
Treatment of bloodstream infections (septicemia) caused by susceptible organisms.

Dose:
