XENIM 1GM IV/IM INJECTION contains Cefepime 1 g. It is a fourth-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used for the treatment of serious bacterial infections.
Uses:

Treatment of pneumonia and other lower respiratory tract infections.

Treatment of urinary tract infections, including complicated cases.

Treatment of skin and soft tissue infections.

Treatment of intra-abdominal infections (in combination with other appropriate antibiotics).
Dose:

Administer only as prescribed by a physician.

Given by intravenous (IV) infusion/injection or intramuscular (IM) injection, usually every 8–12 hours, depending on the type and severity of the infection.
