AZISAN PLUS 40mg+12.5mg TABLET contains Azilsartan Medoxomil 40 mg + Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg. It is a combination antihypertensive medicine (angiotensin II receptor blocker + thiazide-like diuretic) used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
Helps lower the risk of heart attack and stroke by controlling blood pressure
Used when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with Azilsartan alone
Provides long-term blood pressure control through dual-action therapy

Dose:

Usually one tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the physician
Can be taken with or without food
Swallow the tablet whole with water and take it at the same time each day
