OMARI 25 mg is a tablet containing omarigliptin 25 mg. It is an oral antidiabetic medicine used to improve blood glucose control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Uses:
- Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Helps improve glycemic control along with diet and exercise
- May be used alone or in combination with other antidiabetic medicines
- Helps lower fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels
Dose:
- Adults: Usually 25 mg once weekly or as directed by a physician
- May be taken with or without food
- Take on the same day each week
- If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it is close to the next scheduled dose
- Dose adjustment may be required in patients with impaired kidney function
