QCIN 150mg Capsule contains Clindamycin 150 mg. It is a lincosamide antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis and preventing the growth of susceptible bacteria.

Uses:

Treatment of skin and soft tissue infections.
Treatment of dental infections and tooth abscesses.
Treatment of bone and joint infections (osteomyelitis).
Treatment of respiratory tract infections caused by susceptible bacteria.
Treatment of certain abdominal and pelvic infections.
Treatment of infections caused by susceptible Gram-positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria.

Dose:

Adults: Usually 150–450 mg every 6–8 hours, depending on the type and severity of infection, or as directed by a physician.
Take the capsule with a full glass of water.
Avoid lying down immediately after taking the capsule to reduce the risk of throat irritation.
Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve.
Dose and duration depend on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
Do not stop or change the dose without medical advice.
