Description:
GUTFIX 8MG CAPSULE contains Linaclotide 8 mcg. It is a gastrointestinal medicine used to treat constipation-related bowel disorders by increasing intestinal fluid secretion and improving bowel movement.
Uses:
Treatment of chronic constipation.
Used in irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C).
Helps relieve abdominal discomfort and bloating associated with constipation.
Helps improve stool frequency and ease bowel movements.
Dose:
Adults: Usually 145 mcg once daily or as directed by a physician.
Take the capsule on an empty stomach, preferably before the first meal of the day.
Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew.
Dose may vary depending on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
