PCAB 10mg Tablet contains Vonoprazan 10 mg. It is a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that reduces stomach acid production by blocking the gastric proton pump. It provides rapid and sustained acid suppression for the treatment of acid-related disorders.

Uses:

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Treatment and maintenance of erosive esophagitis.
Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers.
Prevention of ulcers associated with long-term NSAID use (as prescribed).
Used in combination with antibiotics for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication therapy.

Dose:

Adults: Usually 10 mg once daily or as directed by a physician.
Can be taken with or without food.
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Dose and duration depend on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
Do not stop or change the dose without medical advice.
