Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
Helps reduce blood pressure by relaxing and widening blood vessels
Helps protect vital organs from complications of uncontrolled hypertension
May be used in patients with hypertension associated with diabetes or kidney disease

Dose:

Usually 5–10 mg once daily after breakfast, or as prescribed by the physician
Maximum dose may be increased up to 20 mg once daily if required
Take the tablet at the same time each day
Dose should be adjusted according to blood pressure response and physician's advice
